About Sphera
Sphera is a lean startup focused on building a people-centered time management platform. The challenge: establish a strong brand while delivering an intuitive, scalable product for B2B and B2C users.
The Approach
I led the strategic repositioning of Sphera, including renaming the company and designing a visual identity that strengthened investor confidence and improved market positioning.
For the product, I defined the end-to-end user experience, designing a dashboard that simplified project management and team workflows. I guided cross-functional collaboration across international teams, ensuring design decisions translated seamlessly into development and marketing.
